This group meets quarterly on the third Tuesday of the month to discuss ways to advocate on behalf of independent publishers across the industry and beyond, including with the media, distributors, readers, authors, award-granting organizations, government agencies, and whoever else needs to get on the indie bandwagon! As of 2024, the Advocacy Group also includes the Indie Press Month sub-comittee.
