You’ll register with the ALA / HEI conference organizers using this form:

• Sign-up form to be part of the Indie Press Pavilion

  • Send your form and registration questions to ala@heiexpo.com

Almost everything you need will be in the Exhibitor Manual. We also have a step-by-step IPC Pavilion Guide.

• Each IPC press will be entered into the GES system with its own booth number so you can get badges, pay freight, etc. 

• Here’s an Exhibitor Checklist with DEADLINES.

• Specifications of the signs created by ALA:

  • Kiosks – 60 11/16”x12”

  • Shelving Units – 38 1/8”x12”
