Complete the PLA Google form 

• If you are receiving this email, you’ve already completed this step
  
  

Pay for your Chosen Selection (PLA will contact you with an invoice/payment link) 

• If you don’t hear from PLA within 3-5 business days you can write to us for support
  
  

Receive access to Exhibitor Portal and Exhibitor Services Kit via email from PLA 

• Set up badges

• Get housing (it’s almost sold out so act fast if you need it)

• Shipping information 

• For items shipped we recommend you indicate “BOOTH COPY” on anything you do not wish someone to walk away with. 

• If you are sending stock but not attending, please let us know if you would like us to give away the inventory or if you prefer to pay to have it shipped back.
  
  

Complete the Indie Press Pavilion Form 

• Includes author signing sign-up for IPC/PubWest internal document

• This will help us schedule all the author signings within the pavilion space
  
  

Complete the PLA Author Signing Form. 

• Please include "indie author signing" after your company/publishing name

• This is for PLA, so is separate from the above form for IPC/PubWest
  
  

Return to Indie Press Pavilion Form and update your shipping information. 

Please note: The Indie Press Pavilion will have 3 badge scanner mobile app licenses to collect names and will share them with all Pavilion Publishers. You can take photos of any badges if no scanner is available and we will scan those as well.
